We were among the first in Italy to offer to our clients specific coaching programs dedicated to D&I (Diversity&Inclusion). We also offer CTA Career Transition Coaching programs. Lang & Partners is an Organizational Member of the Association for Coaching International, London.

We have a proprietary methodology that is effective at improving the communication style of our coachees, both technically and strategically. The first essential step is our communicative check-up; a real scan of the coachee communication skills aimed at identifying strenghts and weaknesses.
The technical approach allows to refine, through exercises and simulations, the paraverbal and non-verbal parameters. The strategic approach aims at consolidating the coachee argumentative strategy: we improve negotiation communication, selling skills and persuasive dynamics.

We provide specific seminars and webinars on the topic of diversity&inclusion, which we integrate with individual diversity coaching programs that work on overcoming the unconscious biases we all have. We help companies strategically think and implement their D&I Board and D&I Council.
Our clients build, thanks to our diversity coaching programs, long lasting results in terms of inclusivity. We have partnered with ValoreD, on gender equality, and are partners of Parks Liberi&Uguali, which promotes LGBT diversity in companies.
Our founder partner is Roberto D'Incau, born Milanese, with a truly international cultural and professional background. Roberto has lots of experience in the HR sector, being a former senior partner of international headhunting and HR consulting companies: he has achieved a significant experience at European level as a headhunter and executive coach. He is considered as an opinion leader on HR topics. Roberto has published several books on issues related to the world of HR; he is also a contributor to various business magazines and a University lecturer. He has always been personally involved in the issues of diversity.
Francesco Palmieri has been Partner of Lang&Partners since 2010. He has professional experiences in the digital world and worked as an executive in the fashion sector of a large publishing group. There he developed a true passion for fashion, creativity and new media, and built an important network in these sectors, which led him to Lang&Partners. He has been involved in scouting for years, he is now responsible for all our scoutings and he coordinates our research team. He has worked on scouting projects (executive, middle managers, designers) at a European level.
We are a boutique-sized HR consulting firm, and we want to keep on being this. We have a team of eight people, each with a different and complementary expertise (scouts, psychologists, coaches, acting coaches), all characterized by two things: the tailored attention to customer needs and details, and the desire to execute our projects in a "best in class" way.
